Reset all Vendor items by leaving town through the Main Entrance, Portal or Waypoint. You can easily buy a lot of the bases with open sockets from Vendors too. Choose bases with low strength and dexterity requirements. (Many people accidentally putPolearm-runewords inside Spear-class weapons for example.) *WARNING #3: Always double Check Runeword recipes to make sure you put the runes in the correct order and in the correct item type. Also, when using the horadric cube it gives a percent chance for different socket numbers. *WARNING #2: You cannot socket already socketed items. Meaning Magic, Rare, Set and Unique items with sockets will NOT work.
